First of all I’m a real buyer and I found Tim to be a very honest and helpful person who won’t feed you any bull and gets straight to the point. I bought my GP1800 from him and said I'm upgrading from a old outdated 1300 and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase and I safe to say I have found my new 1 stop shop for all my ski needs If you’re after a new ski do yourself a favour and pay him a visit you won't be sorry! P.s mate this low and slow is painful boring to run in for the first 3 hrs kids love it will chat about booking it in for the first service

Thanks for an awesome experience. ... having found a second hand ski online, I looked to social media to ascertain the suitability of the model for my needs and what approx pricing would have been when new. The good people of Custom Jet Skis chimed in and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I ended up with advice, support, transparent discussions , information and importantly a jet ski that is perfect for me and my needs at a the price was very fair by market comparisons . I bought my ski from Custom last year, I found Tim to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I did have a long wait for my ski but that was not the dealers fault. The only down side during the purchasing process was there was no upsell, I didn't know until after I had purchased the items i wanted that they sold them upstairs. Thanks I have enjoyed my ski over the last year and will continue to do so. See you in a couple of months for a service.

I bought a 2019 VXR from Custom Jet Skis, and have enjoyed the ski immensely.I had the ski modified with navigation lights, a front head light, and a depth sounder, with all of this work carried out by Tim.I also had the servicing carried out by Tim, and he has been helpful in advising me how to properly care for the jet ski.I also bought a kneeboard from Custom Jet Skis which is great quality and enjoyable, along with jackets and other accessories.Tim is very direct, though honestand trustworthy, which I highly value.I recently sold the ski through Custom Jet Skis, and Tim handled the process as he said he would, and without me having to do anything.The money was in my bank a week and a half later.Tim, thank you for your professional assistanceand your patience with somebody with limited knowledge.I appreciate having a dealership close to where I live, and I will continue to support this business with the purchase and servicing of my new Yamaha FX ski when 2022 stock becomes available.

Dropped my ski off on Friday 3pm with an oil leak and got a phone call Saturday 9:30am saying it was all fixed and ready to be picked up! Really friendly service and helpful advice on any questions I had 🤩

Tim was very courteous, on a busy Saturday morning he listen to our needs and concerns and he calmly went though the ski that would suit us, we built trust very quickly with him, 2 days later we brought our Weave runner from him, he also made the transaction smooth quick and very easy via phone, we then picked up our W R the following week, hit the water, took it back for 10 hour service Tim fitted us in with 20 mins notice and all serviced, sparkling and ready to go again . FIVE STAR service to you Tim.

I recently shopped around to obtain pricing and advice on investing in a couple of skis. I initially spoke with Tim who handled the price and some of the more advanced questions while Ebony was able to handle the finance, insurance and many of the accessory questions. I was consistently impressed as both of the team were more than happy to help with any aspect of my many queries and impressed me with their knowledge and enthusiasm. The whole process was so easy and I was able to organise the skis, tandem trailer, loads of accessories, insurance and finance as well as some custom work to the trailer with a no hassles can do attitude. It really helped to make sure I got what I wanted not just what was being sold. Great team to work with and great value - one of my best retail/service experiences in quite some time.
